The Super CPT cable stripping tool strips the jacket and cuts back the braid and dielectric to the proper dimensions on braided and braid-replacement drop cables, including standard (single) through quad shielded RG-6, -59, -7, and -11 cables. Super CPT cartridges are also available for CommScope 59 Quad-series Headend and Times Fiber TXFF cables. The tool facilitates working on multiple cable types because it holds two cartridges, eliminating the need for frequent cartridge changes. With the new insertion feature, the Super CPT also assists the process of inserting a cable into a connector before compression or crimping.
